Sundays...YES! I will be pulling out the French easel in a bit to start painting a floral
for which I am commissioned.
USA vs Canada on at 3pm. Should be a great game.
I better get moving...it's so easy to get caught up in this Sunday morning mellowness.
Time to get outside into the fresh air!

Snow..this 'n that
I don't "hate" snow. It's just that I personally enjoy the warmer months.
This winter makes me feel like I am back in Erie, PA. However, winter in Erie is a lot more fun than in South Jersey for multiple reasons.
1. People know how to drive in the snow in Erie
2. They plow the roads better in Erie
3. Residents in Erie don't run to the store to stock up on food like a vast plague is upon them.
4. They don't close schools because the forecast calls for 5 inches of snow.
Of course to be fair to NJ, it's winter 8 months out of the year in Erie so they have a ton of practice.
Just got back from taking Jack, our Husky for a walk. Jack's getting up there...12 years old so he walks a bit slow these days. However, when dinner time comes he reverts back to a puppy again and camps out under the dinner table hoping to grab any stray droppings.
Worked for a good part of the day but hit the wall around 1pm. I have a hard time working on my commercial work during the weekend. Unless a deadline is breathing down my neck I would much rather spend the weekends painting or working on personal projects.
I am getting together with my fellow musician buddies tonight. I am happy to be playing much more acoustic lately and am hoping we can get some gigs lined up soon.
